Why we give.
God is generous and so he calls us to be as well. What we do with what God has given us shows the world where our hearts are at and helps proclaim the gospel. We want to glorify God with every area of our lives, and that includes what we do with our finances.
Where's the collection plate?
At Calvary GVR we believe that giving is a joyful act of worship, not the result of social or religious pressure. This is why we DO NOT pass a collection plate. Your giving is between you and the Lord.
Ways To Give
Give Online
You can give online once or set up a recurring donation on our secure giving portal. Just a reminder - if you do use a credit card to give, make sure it is an amount you can pay off immediately. We do not ask or advocate members of our community going into debt in order to tithe.
Give In Person
There are wooden agape offering boxes located at the back of the sanctuary for discreet in-person giving. Make sure to use envelopes and pens provided to put your name on any cash donations so we will have your information for end of year statements.
