Joshua 12:1–6 is more than a list of defeated kings—it’s a testimony of God’s faithfulness through generations. Before Joshua ever led Israel into Canaan, Moses and his generation fought battles they would never personally benefit from. They faced giants, endured hardship, and obeyed God even when the finish line was out of sight. Their faithfulness created momentum for Joshua’s victories and security for Israel’s future.

God’s faithfulness through those who came before us gives us momentum to run the race He has set before us—looking to Jesus, who secures the victory.
