The Beginning of Wisdom
Sep 6, 2026 • Matthew Dionne
We have more information at our fingertips than any generation in history — and somehow we're not any wiser for it. We know more and trust less, plan more and fear more, scroll more and settle less. Proverbs 1:1–7 names the real problem: knowledge was never meant to replace wisdom, and wisdom was never meant to start with us. It starts with the fear of the Lord — a fear fully and perfectly lived out by Jesus, the true Son of David. When we're submitted to Him, we're freed to live out a wisdom we could never earn on our own.
